Credits
Credits are a virtual balance used to beautify and download photos. They are purchased in packages, have no cash value, and are non-refundable (all sales are final). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. If your payment provider reverses or refunds a charge, the corresponding credits will be revoked.
Acceptable use
You may only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, explicit, or non-consensual images. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this rule.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your original photos. By uploading, you grant Hostbloom a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service. Hostbloom and its trademarks remain the property of Hostbloom.

Hostbloom is provided "as is". AI-generated results vary and we do not guarantee a specific look or any booking, revenue, or occupancy outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostbloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
